Review:

Milo has dreamed of finding Atlantis ever since he heard stories from his grandfather. When he is presented with a chance and a full crew, he jumps at the opportunity to search for Atlantis.

Milo is so adorkable. I love that Atlantis in this movie had a Wakanda concept and was like a mash up of Pocahontas and Black Panther. This movie totally deserves a live action remake!

I really liked the story progression, ending and the entire story in a nutshell. And throughout the entire movie, I was wondering to myself why hadn’t I watched this movie before?

Movie Review: The immortal wars (2017) (Did not finish)

Review:

In a dystopian world where the world have been split into 10 sectors after the war, the war between the Deviants and humans have just started.

Now, the premise of this movie was really interesting and even the poster looked pretty decent. Imagine hunger games meet x men.

But I couldn’t even get through 3 minutes of the movie before deciding to Did not finish it (And believe me, for movies it’s weird for me to DNF them). I couldn’t stand to watch any more as it was badly edited, badly shot and even badly animated.

It definitely had a great premise and concept, but was definitely too low budgeted to become a good movie.

Taking place five years after the events of Mammia Mia, Sophie rebuilds the hotel while being pregnant and learning about her mother’s past.

The lighting was rustic and warm while the music was full of bops and energy. One thing I LOVED about the movie was the way they did the transition shots between each scene!

To be honest, I know a lot of people loved this movie, but I was satisfied without having watched this movie and actually felt that it wasn’t needed. It was more of a prequel than a sequel to the first movie. I didn’t enjoy it as much as the last one since this one was mainly just flashbacks to the past.

I still wanted to know who Sophie’s real dad was.

Sophie is getting married and she wants her father to give her away at her wedding. The only problem is, she doesn’t know who is her father out of three potential candidates. The entire movie is doused with famous songs by ABBA.

I’ve actually never really sat down to watch this movie seriously. So when the 2nd movie was recently coming out, I decided to watch it.

The lighting was warm and the music was really upbeat, light and such bops!

This movie was definitely fun to watch, very entertaining and whacky. It felt more like a music video rather than a musical. This movie was definitely emotional and heartwarming.

But at the end of the movie, I still wanted to know who Sophie’s dad was.

Two assistants set their bosses up, leading to a whirlwind romance.

The lighting was mainly warm and the music was light.

I love that Netflix are doing so many more movies now! I loved this rom-com and found it pretty comedic and gritty. It was definitely entertaining and cute.

I totally shipped Charlie and Harper from the start of the movie ever since dinner incident.

I have never related to a movie so much, that first draft scene hit me in the feels! (I couldn’t find a gif anywhere). I was definitely immersed in the movie and it brought me to tears so many times. I actually didn’t find the rom-com cheesy at all and felt that it was one of the best that I’ve watched!
